Summer hours for Oshawa and Scugog waste management facilities

Whitby, Ontario – Durham Region’s waste management facilities in Oshawa and Scugog have extended their hours of operations on Thursdays during the summer season.

When: The Oshawa and Scugog waste management facilities are open 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Thursdays only, from the first Thursday in May until the first Thursday in October.

Regular operating hours are Tuesday to Saturday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Where: 

• Oshawa Waste Management Facility, 1640 Ritson Road North
• Scugog Waste Management Facility, 1623 Reach Street, Port Perry
