Upcoming lane restrictions on Salem Road in Ajax

Whitby, Ontario – The Regional Municipality of Durham is advising residents of lane restrictions on Salem Road (Regional Road 41) in the Town of Ajax.

When: July 17 to 28. Unfavourable weather conditions may influence the work schedule.

Where: Salem Road, from Mandrake Street to Achilles Road, in Ajax. Access to eastbound and westbound Highway 401 will be maintained during these restrictions.

Why: To repave Salem Road due to utility works required for a pending Metrolinx project. For more information, visit Metrolinx.com.
