Virtual PASS Case Management event on February 25

Whitby, Ontario – The Regional Municipality of Durham will help connect adults (18 years of age or older) with a developmental disability, and/or their caregivers, with an experienced case manager at the Prompt Access to Single Service (PASS) Case Management virtual event.

When: February 25 from 2 to 4 p.m.

Where: This event is being held virtually due to COVID-19 physical distancing measures.

Why: PASS Case Management helps adults with a developmental disability, and/or their caregivers, access helpful resources, complete funding applications/forms, and more.
