Virtual PASS Case Management event on November 18

Whitby, Ontario – The Regional Municipality of Durham will help connect adults (18 years of age or older) with a developmental disability, and/or their caregivers, with an experienced case manager at the virtual Prompt Access to Single Session (PASS) Case Management event.

When: November 18 from 2 to 3 p.m.

Where: This event is being held virtually due to COVID-19 physical distancing measures.

Why: PASS Case Management helps adults with a developmental disability, and/or their caregivers, access helpful resources, complete funding applications/forms, and more.

Registration is required to attend this free virtual event.
