Virtual PASS Case Management event on October 1

Whitby, Ontario – The Regional Municipality of Durham is hosting a virtual Prompt Access to Single Session (PASS) Case Management event where adults (18 years of age or older) with a developmental disability and/or their caregivers can speak directly with an experienced and knowledgeable case manager. Registration is required to attend.

When: October 1 from 2 to 3 p.m.

Where: Due to the COVID-19 physical distancing measures, this event will be held virtually.

Why: Many adults with a developmental disability, and/or their caregivers, are on wait lists for services or unaware of the resources available to them. PASS Case Management provides one-to-one sessions with participants to connect them with resources, complete forms/applications for funding, and more.

The PASS Case Management event is free to access. However, registration is required.
