Waste Management Centre in Whitby has new bin sale/exchange hours

Whitby, Ontario – The Waste Management Centre in Whitby has new operational hours for blue box and green bin sales/exchanges, effective immediately.

What:

Hours of operation

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

When: Effective immediately.

Where: 4600 Garrard Road North, Town of Whitby

Note: Replacements bins are free. You can also buy and exchange bins at the Household Special Waste Depot at 1998 Bowmanville Ave., Bowmanville. The Household Special Waste Depot is open Wednesday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Some local municipalities may offer bin sale and exchange services. Contact your local area municipality for details.
