West entrance of Durham Regional Headquarters closed until further notice

Whitby, Ontario – The main (west) entrance at Durham Regional Headquarters is closed due to a burst water pipe. The building is still open to the public and staff.

Please note the following:

• All pick-ups and drop-offs should be made at the south entrance (off Garden Street).
• Visitors with accessibility requirements should use the south entrance (off Garden Street). Accessible parking spaces are available.
• Visitors should avoid the main atrium on the first floor of Regional Headquarters. Access to the cafeteria and Tim’s Hortons remains open.
• Provincial Offences Act courts are still open and operational. Please access using the south entrance (off Garden street).

When: Until further notice.

Where: The main (west) entrance at The Regional Municipality of Durham Headquarters, 605 Rossland Road East, Whitby.

Why: Staff are working to repair a burst water pipe.

Note: Please use caution around cordoned off areas.
