Your feedback matters: Complete the customer service survey
Whitby, Ontario – The Regional Municipality of Durham is conducting a customer service survey to gather feedback on how we can better serve residents and stakeholders.
When: The survey is open until February 29.
Where: The survey can be completed online at durham.ca/CustomerServiceSurvey.
Why: Your feedback is important. Community feedback will assist us in understanding our customers and your preferred communication channels, expectations on service response times, accessibility needs and more. This is an opportunity to share your thoughts and preferences, which will shape how we deliver customer service to you and the greater community and future changes that will improve how residents, visitors and businesses connect with Regional services.
