To request an appeal, you must complete the Request for Regional Review and submit to the person who made the decision that you want reviewed. You must do this within 10 days of receiving the letter telling you the decision. If they are unable to address your concerns, they will forward your request to the Regional Review Panel within 10 days. The Panel will contact you to attend a hearing, that normally takes place within the next two weeks. The Panel might choose to do an expedited appeal without a hearing, which will be completed in 5 days.
